Booking and Payment

Reservation Process

  1. Availability: All bookings are subject to availability.
  2. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive the full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay.

Payment

  1. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe.com. You can use major credit cards or other payment methods supported by Stripe.
  2. Payment Security: All payment information is processed securely through Stripe’s payment gateway.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Guest

  1. Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will not be refunded.
  2. Notification: To cancel a booking, please contact us at fredrik@thelincoln.se.

Cancellation by Cabin Blueberry Hill

  1. Unforeseen Circumstances: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

  1. Check-In Time: Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
  2. Check-Out Time: Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  3. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

Use of Property

  1. Respect: Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and leave it in good condition.
  2. Damage: Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any damages caused during their stay.

Occupancy

  1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for the cabin is specified in the booking details. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or termination of the booking without refund.

Pets

  1. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Cabin Blueberry Hill. Guests must inform us at the time of booking if they plan to bring pets. Pets must be supervised at all times.

Liability

  1. Personal Belongings: Cabin Blueberry Hill is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables.
  2. Injury and Accidents: Guests use the property at their own risk. Cabin Blueberry Hill is not liable for any injury or accidents that occur during your stay.
